Momma T's Lentil Masala is a healthy and all-purpose cooking companion. It is comprised of three staples lentils (dal) which pack protein and flavor which can complement any meal. Throw some in a little olive oil to use as a bread dip or as a spread for a sandwich. Throw it into a simple stir fry or as a base for a soup -- the possibilities are endless.


  • Ingredients: Chana dal, Urad dal, Toor Dal, Cumin Seed, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt
